We do fitness because in a couple of weeks time we have cross country. And it's quite hard so we have to train for it. Our training is a run around the field for seven minutes. Sometimes we record our records, but mostly-always we forget.


At the moment, in term 3, we are doing fitness around the turf. Miss Stevens blows her whistle whenever she wants us to change movement. Example; skipping, jogging, sprinting, jumping jacks, star jumps, etc.


At the moment; in term 3, we are doing fitness with the year eight girls. Nicole, Emma, Jasmine and Lily. It is dancing; sort of fitness dancing. They have music; and are learning a new one to teach us; they can't remember it at the moment.
